Our mission is to help our customers to competitively improve the performance of their products, services and work processes. Working with this objective since 1984, Qualiplus is a pioneer consulting firms in Business Excellence in Latin America. Since the begining, we have been researching and developing methodologies to help companies achieve substantial results in what we call the "three vital activities" of any business system:

• Planning and Management
• Product Development
• Continuous Process Improvement

In 2001, this ongoing research work led us to design the Excellence 360˚ model, which harmoniously integrates the four most powerful methodologies for increasing competitiveness in the three vital activities (mentioned above):

• Theory of Constraints (focus on the central problem of the business);
• Business Management by Processes (focus on systemic integration and activities' flow);
• Lean System (focus on reducing waste and adding value);
• Six Sigma (focus on customer satisfaction and variability reduction).

This integration of methodologies designed by Qualiplus is an innovative and pioneering insight, and over time its effectiveness has been confirmed repeatedly by the market, initially with Lean Six Sigma (now virtually an industry standard) and more recently with TOC-Lean Six Sigma.

All this puts us appart from the other consulting companies, which typically focus on only one or two methodologies. In addition, Qualiplus has partnerships with well-known international organizations, including Advanced Projects, ASI (American Supplier Institute), GSI (Goal Systems International), Invention Machine, Lean Concepts and Minitab.
