Eduardo C. Moura
Founder and technical director of Qualiplus/ASI Brasil. Graduated in 1978 as Electric-Electronic Engineer at USP (São Paulo University, Brazil), campus of São Carlos.
15 years of work experience at Texas Instruments and IBM (Brazil and USA). Since 1984 works as instructor, speaker and consultant in several methods of managerial excellence. During this period he has trained thousands of engineers, managers and executives of large companies, domestic and multinationals, in Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Sweden.
From 1986 to 2003 he maintained all high level professional certifications from ASQ (American Society for Quality): Quality Engineer (CQE,1986), Reliability Engineer (CRE,1987), Quality Auditor (CQA,1990) and Quality Manager (CQM,1997). Lead Assessor by Stat-A-Matrix (USA,1992).Quality Specialist at UNICAMP, 1994. Examiner of the Brazilian National Quality Award, 1995. Author of several technical articles published in Brazil and the USA. Author of the volume 15 of the book series "The ASQC Basic References in Quality Control: Statistical Techniques", ASQC Quality Press (USA). In 1993, authored the book "The Seven Quality Management Tools”, Makron Books.
In 1999 he received from Dr. Genichi Taguchi the Certification as “Taguchi Expert”, being the fist Brazilian professional to achieve such recognition. Author and instructor of several methodologies developed by Qualiplus, among them: "Focused Strategic Planning", "Management by Processes", Six Sigma training programs for Champions, Yellow Belts, Green Belts and Black Belts, as well as the Design for Six Sigma program and DFE (Design for Excellence). Certified Thinking Process Practitioner by TOCICO (Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization).
Yoshiya Otofuji
Graduated in 1985 as Electric-Electronic Engineer at Mogi das Cruzes University. MBA in Business Management at FGV (Getúlio Vargas Fundation - Brazil).
Accumulated 30 years of experience in the companies NEC and Celestica (Brazil), in the areas of Manufacturing, Quality, Processes and Products Engineering, Production and Materials Planning and Post-Sales. Implemented the post-sales services in all countries of Latin America and Malaysia.
Works since February 2007 as a consultant in Quality Management and Manufacturing. From 1977 until 2007, has accumulated the professional certifications of Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion, Lean Champion and Lean Manager; an ASQ (American Society for Quality) member since 1985. Since 2005, has participated in events for Excellence in Manufacturing and Quality Management as an exhibitor. He is a Qualiplus consultant since 2007, leading projects in business transformation through Business Management by Processes, Lean Production System and Lean Office.
Luiz Fernando Sampaio
Mechanical Engineer, postgraduate in Business Administration at Mackenzie University in 1978. Expert in Process Engineering at USP São Carlos and Quality Engineering at UNICAMP. Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) by the ASQ (American Society for Quality, USA). Lead Assessor certified by SGS and BVQI. Accumulated experience of 12 years at companies such as Volkswagen, and Braseixos Plavigor, where he served as quality manager. Robust Engineering Consultant, certified by Shin Taguchi (ASI-USA). Senior consultant at Qualiplus since 1993, implementing business transformation projects with Business Management by Processes, Lean and Six Sigma (Brazil and Ecuador).
Marcelo Testa
Senior Consultant with over twenty years of experience in quality, both in the implementation of management systems and methodologies of quality. Lead Auditor-ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, QS 9000. Environmental Management graduate. Expert in methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, Taguchi, SPC, PPAP, Value Engineering, among others. Lead auditor from Bureau Veritas Certification, having already performed over 400 audits for this certification organization. Conducted numerous ADV trainings on Robert Bosch (Curitiba) for more than five years.
